Producing an ERW Pipe comprises multiple systematic processes. For each process, M. C. Tools Pvt. Ltd. manufactures tools that help achieve the desired results. • Procurement of imported raw material from reputed companies in India and abroad.
• An experienced team of engineers and designers who help us design our products on CNC controlled workstations and suggest suitable material for the same.
• An in-house Heat Treatment Plant including salt baths and electric tempering furnaces assuring accuracy, better control and superior quality.
• Stock of more than 500 Metric Tons of metal with varied sizes and grades.
• Inspection facilities before a product is packed and shipped such as Visual and Dimensional Inspection, Hardness Test, Spectro Analysis Test and Ultrasonic Test.
• Manufacturing units at Anand Parbat Industrial Area, New Delhi and at Bahadurgarh, Haryana with a workforce of 100 people.
